==== Chorus ====

//Chorus #1//: 1<sup>st</sup> corners [[dances:fieldtown:figures:side-step|open side step]] right, [[dances:fieldtown:figures:double-step|double step]], [[dances:fieldtown:figures:side-step|open side step]] left, [[dances:fieldtown:figures:foot-together-jump|foot-together-jump]], cross on two [[dances:fieldtown:figures:double-step|double steps]], [[dances:fieldtown:figures:galley|galley right]] to corner's place.  Repeat with 2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> corners.  Note that 2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> corners each come in with [[dances:fieldtown:figures:hop-back|hop-backs]] while the previous corners are doing their galleys.  All dancers do [[dances:fieldtown:figures:foot-together-jump|foot-together-jump]] together at the end of the chorus to start the next figure.
//Chorus #2//: same as chorus #1, but corner cross with four [[dances:fieldtown:figures:plain-caper|plain capers]] instead of double steps.
//Chorus #3//: same as chorus #1, but corner cross with two [[dances:fieldtown:figures:beetle-crusher|"beetle crusher" capers]] instead of double steps, and slow [[dances:fieldtown:figures:galley|galley]] (half speed) right at the end.  2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> corners each come in with [[dances:fieldtown:figures:foot-together-jump|foot-together-jump]] on the final beat of the previous corner's slow galley.   1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> corners do this at the end of the chorus to start the next figure.
//Chorus #4//: same as chorus #3, but corner cross with two [[dances:fieldtown:figures:upright-caper|upright capers]] instead of "beetle crushers", also with slow [[dances:fieldtown:figures:galley|galley]] (half speed) right at the end.  The dance ends with the 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> corners doing the entire slow galley along with the 3<sup>rd</sup> corners, ending with everyone facing up.
